A native Charlestonian, Huger began his career in real estate in 1996 and has developed a broad base of knowledge and experience in both residential and land sales. Having grown up in the woods and waterways of beautiful Wadmalaw Island, Huger has a keen interest in the rural landscape of the Lowcountry. He specializes in helping clients buy or sell a wide range of properties including horse farms, waterfront tracts, conservation property or hunting and recreational land. Huger also serves on the Wadmalaw Island Land Planning Committee. He received a B.A. in history from The College of Charleston.
