Cedar Hall takes its name from the avenue of old picturesque cedars which form a canopy under which the entrance driveway passes. Approaching the house through this cedar avenue creates a sense of having journeyed back into the time of another era.
The Cedar Hall house is circa 1834 and is in excellent condition. The house has three floors and baths and consists of 4,368 square feet of heated space. There are fourteen foot ceilings on the second floor. All of the rooms on the first floor have fireplaces. There are multiple heating and cooling systems. The property consists of 152 acres of loblolly pines, hardwoods and other mature trees. Cedar Hall also backs up to Lower Three Runs which is owned by the Savannah River Plant.
